In December 2025 Evolution and Lithium X2 Mining Inc. formed Nevada North Lithium, LLC, which holds the Nevada North Lithium Project. Evolution sole-funded C$10,000,000 toward the Pre-Feasibility Study, delivered in October 2026, and the joint venture is now advancing to a Feasibility Study.

Strategic Advisory Board
In June 2026 the Company closed a C$36,000,000 private placement co-led by Brian Paes-Braga of SAF Group and Michael Hess of Hess Capital, who joined as co-leads of the Strategic Advisory Board. The Board supports the Company's capital markets presence, its Nasdaq application, which remains subject to approval, government relations, offtake and construction financing.
