Founder of IMEX Consultants, with more than 30 years at Rio Tinto as Commercial Director and VP of Exploration. A veteran of the lithium sector, he guided three major lithium projects in Argentina from the discovery stage through feasibility and acquisition, spanning both technical evaluation and commercial negotiation.

A world-renowned expert in lithium extraction with a PhD in flotation technology and 50 years of industry experience. He holds 12 U.S. patents and has consulted for the global who’s who of lithium mining, specializing in the technological and economic feasibility of battery-grade lithium brine processing and production.

From 2014 until his retirement in 2022, Mr. Weech led the Berkshire Hathaway Energy subsidiaries BHE Investments and BHE Renewables through substantial asset and financial growth that included developing and evaluating lithium extraction opportunities. He holds the CA, CPA and CFA designations and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.

A recently retired Senior Partner at PwC Canada, Mr. Taylor served as the National Leader for the Government and Public Sector practice. With 35 years of experience in regulatory and commercial advisory, he is the founder of Parker Strategies Ltd, providing strategic negotiation services for large-scale, complex corporate transactions.
